What a pleasure it was to spend the evening at the hotel. What Six Sense have created is truly magical. All the team were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a wonderful dinner, bed and breakfast experience.

A fabulous stay for a newly opened hotel. From the greeting on arrival, in the beautifully restored Whitely’s building. From the relaxing check in to the, oh so comfortable, rooms. We also had a drink in the bar, ate dinner there and had one of the best breakfasts (those pastries!). Thank you Sox Senses, keep up the great work…. I’ll be back!

We visited newly opened Six Senses London at The Whiteley at the weekend. The hotel is beautiful, with interesting artworks throughout, spa and members' club as well as London's first biohacking health centre. What most impressed us was their deep commitment to sustainability, carefully explained to us by Georges Andria: bottled water excluded from the hotel and replaced with filtered water served in terracotta pots; toys and uniforms made from recycled and recyclable materials; furniture constructed from natural waste materials, such as fallen trees. Georges introduced us to the Executive Chef, who had spent 2 years prior to opening travelling the UK visiting farms and sourcing natural and local foods. This is a really special place and I can't wait for my next visit

We had the pleasure of staying at Six Senses London recently, and it was a truly exceptional experience. The building itself is stunning, beautifully restored, and has incredibly high-quality finishes throughout. It manages to feel both grand and intimate at the same time. The team delivers a superior level of attentiveness and personalisation you would expect from a world-class hotel, yet everything feels relaxed and natural. Our room was thoughtfully designed and full of small touches that make a difference. I particularly liked the bean-to-cup coffee machine with locally roasted Guillam coffee, which is excellent. Travelling with a child, we also appreciated the children’s amenities, including thoughtful touches like the character-themed soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. The food was exceptional, innovative without compromising on enjoyment. Their wine selection is highly original, including many truly exceptional and unexpected wines available by the glass; unrivalled in London for me. The gym is as inviting and stylish as it is functional, even surpassing top-level competitors like Equinox. The spa is state-of-the-art. Treatments were excellent, and the wellness facilities are the best we’ve experienced in London. I particularly enjoyed the cryotherapy, bio sauna, and the advanced recovery technologies (including PEMF therapy), which give the spa a genuinely cutting-edge feel rather than the usual hotel spa offering. There were honestly too many highlights to mention individually; it is clear that an enormous amount of thought has gone into every detail. We look forward to returning!

I had an absolutely incredible stay at Six Senses — everything was amazing from start to finish. The attention to detail, the service, and the overall atmosphere were truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make the experience special, and every part of the stay felt thoughtfully designed and relaxing. The facilities, food, and surroundings were all outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something truly memorable. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

What an AMAZING hotel... absolutely stunning from the first glance. A very friendly and welcoming team too - not at all stuffy or pretentious given a super luxury brand and hotel in London! A great choice for our family of 4, loved it much!

What an astonishing experience. From start to finish I was made to feel genuinely welcome by an extraordinarily high performing staff. The food was glorious, the room an oasis, the spa heavenly and the atmosphere incredulous. The place is an absolute gem and worth the wait.

Our stay was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The staff were truly exceptional — warm, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality. The rooms were just lovely — beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The beds deserve a special mention as they were unbelievably comfy, ensuring the best night’s sleep. Every detail of the décor throughout the hotel was stunning and perfectly in keeping with the Six Senses philosophy — elegant, calming, and thoughtfully curated. The food was another highlight of our stay. Both restaurants delivered fabulous dining experiences, with delicious dishes and impeccable service. Every meal felt special. They have done a fantastic job creating such a special place, and we genuinely cannot wait to return. We will most definitely be back!
